LINCOLN — Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers’ efforts to crack down on delta-8, marijuana and other THC products crossed state lines with a new lawsuit against a nationwide manufacturer and distributor.
Hilgers and his office filed suit against Savage Enterprises, a Wyoming corporation based in California, saying the company’s products are unlawful and target consumers in ways that violate Nebraska law.
The action extends Nebraska’s broader campaign against intoxicating hemp- and THC-related products and signals that the state is willing to pursue manufacturers and distributors beyond its borders as part of that enforcement strategy.
